All orders will be packed and dispatched within 3 days from the purchased date. 

 

Shipping rates are as below:

Standard shipping (approximately 2-8 business days) Free
Express Shipping (approximately 1-4 business days) $ 19.95

 

30-Night Risk-Free Policy

We know choosing the right sheets can sometimes feel overwhelming. That's why we are offering our first-time customers a 30-night risk-free trial. This trial will give you the option to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt and use of our products. During this time, you may use and wash our sheets as usual. 

 

Please note:

  • This offer only applies to first-time Oh Sheet customers.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Transactions of all sales/ discounted items will be final, unless damaged or faulty.
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging (in a storage bag).
  • We do not cover the return shipping costs.
  • All return requests need to be accepted by Oh Sheet. This acceptance can only be represented in written form.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

How To Start A Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ohsheet.com.au. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address to send your package back to us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges so please proceed with care.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong items for your order so that we can evaluate the issue and proceed accordingly.
